- Analysis of the Activists' Activities: We investigated the activists' true intentions and the potential sponsors behind the PR campaign. This investigation led to the identification of the real connections between the activists and their backers.
- Public Relations Strategy: We systematically worked to communicate the company's activities, its environmental and social initiatives, and employee engagement to the public. A PR strategy was developed that highlighted the owner's involvement in projects beyond the business, including his philanthropic initiatives at both the local and federal levels. We also emphasized his participation in other projects, including city development, businesses in Russia outside the company under attack.
- Strategic PR Efforts: Expert communication strategies were applied to ensure the positive aspects of the company and its owner were visible and known to the public.
