Situation:
Following the death of a Forbes-listed businessman, a dispute arose among the heirs regarding the division of assets.
Our Solution:
As part of the inheritance proceedings, the Client needed to prove that the opposing party was in possession of a high-value yacht and a private jet, and to provide admissible evidence.
In addition to reconstructing the routes of the yacht and aircraft, our team uncovered multiple facts confirming their use. Among other findings, we identified and analyzed photographs taken and posted by crew members on the exact dates when the opponent was present in those locations.
Some of the images featured the opponents themselves, as well as their close relatives and friends. Through detailed analysis of the photos, we were able to establish the identities of the individuals depicted and their connections to the opposing party.
